Reservation Policy
We aim to please and will do everything that we can to ensure that each guest is comfortable and happy.
Cancellation Policy
As a boutique hotel, your commitment to your reservation is important. Please note that all Booking/Sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
Smoking Policy
We have a strict no smoking policy. Guests will be charged a $400 cleaning fee when violating this policy.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets inside the hotel. Pet requests may be made for the cabins on an individual basis. Dogs are allowed in the RV site when notified in advance.

Hotel Rooms
Our newly renovated Deluxe rooms with custom furniture are ready for a cozy stay with all new organic sheets, ultra soft coverlets, backlit mirrors, separate vanity/shower, refrigerator & microwaves. Room types include Deluxe Double Queen, Standard Economy Double Queen, Standard Economy King, Deluxe King, Executive Deluxe King Suite and our Deluxe Triple Queen Suites. Rates vary seasonally.
We offer a Rise & Shine Grab & Go breakfast with coffee & tea, fresh fruit and energy snacks so our guests can get an early start to their exciting day. Eagle Peak Provisions are available for variety of dietary preferences and ages.

Cabins
Our free-standing tiny cabins are located in our RV park with beautiful views of Ashton Hill. Cabins are approximately 400 sq feet, featuring a separate bedroom with two queen rooms and full closets, full bathroom, kitchen/dinette and cozy living space with a pull-out sofa. And don’t forget to enjoy the sunsets on your private outdoor porches!
Eagle Peak Provisions are available for purchase at the hotel lobby for our guests with a variety of dietary preferences.

RV & Tent Sites
Located at 205 White Pines Ave., through the large tree trunk canopy, you will find large RV sites. Most sites are pull-through, but we never have an issue with guests pulling in or out of our perimeter spots, as we can take up to 66-foot rigs. Sites have full hook-ups including water, sewer, and power with both 50-amp + 30-amp options. Specific sites are not held in advance, which allows our guests to choose the site they prefer upon arrival. At this time, sites do not offer cable TV/wifi and/or dedicated bathrooms/showers. However, please see our community accommodations information below for any bathroom/laundromat needs. If you book online, there is no need to check in at the lodge and your ticket to adventure can start right away! Rest assured, our staff checks in daily with our RV guests to be sure you have what you need. Eagle Peak Provisions are available for purchase in the hotel lobby.

Ashton, Idaho is in close proximity to all that nature has to offer. We are 77 miles from Grand Teton National Park and 55 miles from Yellowstone. Closer to home, we have trails, fishing, river rafting, sand dunes and national parks all within short drives. Your options are endless!
COMMUNITY AMENITIES & ACCOMMODATIONS
For public restrooms, the beautiful Ashton City Park and Pool is one-half mile south of the RV site on N. Second St. and Cherry St. Across from the park and one block south, is the Ashton 24 hour laundromat.
Ashton Visitor Center is located on Hwy 20, just south of White Pines Ave. and well-known Big Jud’s Restaurant. You’ll find a large dog park and information center.
For those of you who enjoy a boutique gym and full-service salon/spa, visit the Lupine Spa & Wellness Center just a mile away on main street.
