RV Sites
We are located at 205 White Pines Avenue, Ashton, Idaho 83420, kitty-corner to our Amenity Center, which offers bathrooms, showers, a lounge, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV for our RV guests.
We have 31 sites, some pull-through, and we never have issues with guests pulling in or out of our perimeter spots, as we can accommodate 60-plus-foot rigs. Our sites have full hook-ups, including water, sewer, and power with both 50-amp + 30-amp options. Our sites do not offer cable TV. However, guests can watch cable TV in the Amenity Center’s front lounge.
Our staff will be available daily to assist our RV guests by phone, text, and often in person.
Cabins
Our free-standing tiny cabins are located in our RV park with beautiful views of Ashton Hill and are available seasonally (late April through the end of October) for a four-night minimum stay. Cabins are about 400 sq. ft. and feature a separate bedroom with two queen beds and full closets, a full bathroom, a kitchen/dinette, and a cozy living space with a pull-out sofa. They are stacked like a traditional hotel room.
Tent Sites
We are located at 205 White Pines Avenue, Ashton, Idaho 83420, kitty-corner to our Amenity Center, which offers bathrooms, showers, a lounge, free Wi-Fi, and cable TV for our RV guests.
We have 8 tent sites, with water and 110-power. Our sites do not offer cable TV. However, guests can watch cable TV in the Amenity Center’s front lounge.
Our staff will be available daily to assist our RV guests by phone, text, and often in person.
Guest Accommodations
Reservation Policy
We aim to please and will do everything that we can to ensure that each guest is comfortable and happy.
Cancellation Policy
Your commitment to your reservation is important to us. Please let us know if you are not planning to honor your reservation at least 5 days in advance and note that credit card fees will be passed onto the guests after booking.
Smoking Policy
We have a strict no smoking policy. Guests will be charged a $400 cleaning fee when violating this policy.
Pet Policy
We do not allow pets inside the Amenity Center only for the safety of our other guests. Dogs are allowed in the RV site when notified in advance and are to be maintained leashed and under the owner’s control with all clean-up being the owner’s responsibility.

Local Amenities & Accommodations
Ashton City Park and Pool
One-half mile south of the RV site on N. Second St. and Cherry St. Across from the park and one block south, is the Ashton 24 hour laundromat along with public restrooms,
Ashton Visitor Center & Dog Park
Are located on Hwy 20, just south of White Pines Ave. Well-known Big Jud’s Restaurant is within about 150 yards of our RV campground. You’ll find a large dog park and information center.
Mesa Falls National Park plus other great nearby sites.
Many of our guests are unaware of what a magical place this is and it's less than 18 miles away. Worth seeing for sure!! So are Sheep Falls and the Rails-to-Trails.
